 | January was an exciting month. At the opening of Galleria's International Watercolor Contest 2020, "Florería" not only took second place over all but was also awarded the LabourLimea Prize, an offer for another exhibition. to say I was over the moon would have been an understatement. Thank you the Gallery for all the hard work putting this exhibition together but also to the many jurors who were responsible for the selection of pieces to be exhibited. This is what was written about this piece: "Florería, A deep perspective vision combined with a great play of light and shadow make this work a masterful construction." |

Anne McCartneyI am an artist currently living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada... I love to paint! My favourite medium is watercolour. My favourite way to spend a day would be to be outside with fellow artists sketching or painting. AAAHHH!
